Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct visitors.
- Manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support (data entry, filing, scheduling).
- Assist with office supplies inventory.
- Handle general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor log and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (related field a plus).
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar customer service/administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and approachable demeanor.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with office equipment.
