Can I enable or disable alerts/notifications in the app based on the category of alerts?

  • Yes, you can enable/disable notifications in the app based on the categories of alerts.

    You can do it by following steps:

    • Open the automation app.
    • Go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Account’ that is present at the top right corner.
    • When you click on account, you get an option to ‘View Profile’ and ‘Preferences’, select ‘Preferences’.
    • This section will help you filter out the notifications based on the following categories:
    1. Settings
    2. Rooms
    3. Remotes
    4. Homes
    5. Devices
    6. Schedules
    7. Reminders
    8. AlertΒ 
    9. and Support
    • Other preferences, such as Sounds and Vibration, can also be chosen by the user.
    • Once you are done with personalizing your preferences, click on ‘Save Preferences’.
